It provides the low-down on college life, not just the facts but from real students who have been there. |

The Sleep, Eat & Exercise (SEE) course introduces students to the knowledge and skills they need to create a balanced lifestyle while in college. It emphasizes basic concepts of sleep, nutrition and physical activity. It also provides students with practical strategies for getting adequate sleep, eating well, and being active. |

The Success Over Stress (SOS) course gives students a better understanding of stress and its effects on health and wellness. The lessons are designed to provide students with tools to empower them to choose how to react to stressors. College life thrusts young adults into new experiences in many realms of life: interpersonal, financial, academic, professional, etc. SOS helps to explain the causes, effects and consequences of stress and promote healthy stress management strategies. |
